First, choose a doctor. Next, register as a patient and schedule your first appointment by calling 617-267-7171. Once you are an established patient, you can schedule future appointments online using Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway.

Appointment and Cancellation Policies

We make every effort to ensure prompt service for all our patients. To help us achieve this goal, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before each appointment. Please plan ahead to allow additional time for parking and traffic, especially during Red Sox games. Learn more about directions and parking.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This makes the appointment time available to another patient who may need it.
