Our Leadership
The Neurocritical Care leadership team manages the day-to-day operations of the clinical services and training programs within the Division’s portfolio.
Our Faculty
The Division of Neurocritical Care works closely with health care experts across the hospital to care for patients all the way through recovery.
Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners
Our ICU nurse practitioners are trained to manage critically ill neurology and neurosurgical patients, as well as educating and training new team members to the highest standards.
A Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Approach
Our patient and family-centered care involves close collaboration with neurosurgery, interventional neuroradiology, physiatry, psychiatry, epilepsy and other consulting services that offer complementary expertise in the care of complex critically ill patients. In addition, we work within a multidisciplinary team of nurses, case managers, pharmacists, nutritionists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, social workers and speech-language pathologists. Our goal is to maximize each patient’s recovery today and to improve our state-of-the-art care for tomorrow’s patients too.
Support Our Work
Philanthropic support is critical to advance our mission to treat serious acute brain injury and enhance recovery. We treat patients with traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, stroke, brain hemorrhage and seizures.
