School-Based Health Center: Chelsea High School

Overview

The MGH Student Health Center (SHC) is a satellite clinic of MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center located in Chelsea High School. The SHC provides medical and behavioral health services in addition to the services provided by the Chelsea High school nurses. The team at the Student Health Center includes staff and clinicians with years of experience and training in teen health.

All Chelsea High School Students Are Welcome

All Chelsea High School students are eligible for care at the Student Health Center, regardless of where they receive primary care, or health insurance status. To enroll as a patient in the Student Health Center, you must be a student at Chelsea High School. Parents must sign a parental consent form (PDF) for students to receive services. Completed and signed forms may be turned in by students in the CHS main office or in the Student Health Center.
