More Action is Needed to Reduce Disparities in Osteoporosis Screening, Prevention and Care
Despite being a treatable disease, osteoporosis remains underdiagnosed and undertreated in the US general population, with significant disparities in care between non-White and White women—and Black women experiencing the most disparities.
Dr. Burnett Bowie is kind. She listens and I always get the sense I am getting very considered care from her and I feel incredibly lucky to have her as my doctor.
