Our student programs are focused on building a pipeline of UIM (underrepresented in medicine) medical students and physicians.
Summer Research Trainee Program (SRTP)
Each year, we select 30 undergraduate and medical school students for an eight-week summer research program.
Visiting Clerkship Program (VCP)
This one-month clerkship at Harvard-affiliated hospitals is available to fourth year medical students from underrepresented groups who are not attending Harvard Medical School.
MGB Post-Baccalaureate Association (PBA) Diversity and Belonging Resource Group
A community of post-baccs who identify as being underrepresented in science, research, or medicine, including ethnicity, gender, nationality, race, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status.
Pathways to Science and Medicine (PSM) Workshops and Mentoring Program
The PSM Workshops and Mentoring Program is a pilot program whose purpose is to further expose BHCC students to diverse career paths within the fields of science and medicine.
