Ashley Soriano joined the CARE Research Center in July of 2022 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to joining CARE, she worked for 3 years as a Staff Assistant at MGH’s Psychiatry Department. As a Staff Assistant, she had the opportunity to coordinate Psychiatry Grand Rounds and serve as a calendar manager for high-ranking Psychiatry faculty at MGH. Many of Ashley’s organizational, management, and communication skills applied in her role as administrative staff at MGH are rooted in her work as an Assistant Store Manager in retail. Her extensive retail experience has strengthened her ability to support individual and team needs, as well as everyone’s work and life balance. Outside of work Ashley enjoys spending time with her dog Kylo, going out and trying new fun activities like axe throwing, eating sushi and going to Disneyland with her fiancé.
