Scheduling Appointments

Patients can schedule an appointment, whether it is a routine physical or a follow-up visit with a primary care provider, by calling our office during normal business hours at 781-485-1000. New patients may request an appointment by calling 781-485-1000. Current patients may also schedule appointments online using Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway.

On-call Physician Coverage

Current patients of MGH Broadway Primary Care-Revere may call 781-485-1000 to reach the on-call physician 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Patients with emergencies should call 911.

Urgent Care Appointments

We make every effort to see our patients when they have an urgent need. Current patients may call 781-485-1000 to request an appointment. Please don’t use Patient Gateway or our online appointment request form for an urgent care request.

Prescription Refills

Current patients can request prescription refills online using Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway or by calling our prescription refill line at 781-485-6418.

Laboratory and Test Results

We offer an on-site laboratory and perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) for our patients. Our lab hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm; Wednesday, 10:30 am-6:00 pm.

To receive a copy of your medical records, please complete the medical release form and drop it off at our office, fax it to 781-286-5418 or mail it to:
