Mandy received Bachelor’s, Master's and Doctorate degrees - all from Northeastern University. Following graduation with her Master's, Mandy worked for Sports and Physical Therapy Associates in Brookline, MA for 14 years where she eventually became the sole manager as the company grew.

She then moved to the south for three years where she was clinical director at Physiotherapy Associates and then went on to work at Sullivan Rehab Services where she specialized in baseball repetitive stress injuries and post-operative care.

In 2017, Mandy returned to Boston and joined Mass General Sports Physical Therapy and pursued her Doctorate degree. Along with providing specialized orthopedic care to patients of all activity levels, she is a member of the Mass General Global Disaster Response team.
