How Do Doctors Diagnose Costello Syndrome?

• Review of your pregnancy, your child’s medical and family history
• Physical exam to check for signs and symptoms of Costello syndrome
• Genetic testing (usually done with a blood test)

How Do Doctors Treat Costello Syndrome?

Every person with Costello syndrome has different symptoms. Your child’s care team will talk with you to make a treatment plan based on their symptoms and medical needs.
