Cancer and COVID-19: Conversations from the Front Line is a new video series hosted by Dr. David Ryan, Chief of Hematology/Oncology and Clinical Director of the Mass General Cancer Center, and provides a behind the scenes look at the lives of our front line physicians, researchers, and nurses during the time of COVID-19.
In this video, Dr. Ryan talks with the Cancer Center’s ambulatory nursing leadership, including Erika Rosato, Director of Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Services, Julie Cronin, Nurse Director of Infusion, Caryn Liebowitz, Nurse Director of the Ambulatory Practice, and Casandra McIntyre, Nurse Director of our Termeer Center for Targeted Therapies. They all discuss how the COVID-19 crisis impacted their separate units, how they have responded during this time, the stressors they face, and how all of the amazing nurses and APPs have stepped up for patients and each other.
