Cancer and COVID-19: Conversations from the Front Line is a new video series hosted by Dr. David Ryan, Chief of Hematology/Oncology and Clinical Director of the Mass General Cancer Center, and provides a behind the scenes look at the lives of our front line physicians, researchers, and nurses during the time of COVID-19.

Dr. Alyssa Letourneau, leader of the Mass General Anti-Microbial Stewardship Program, has been acting as an infection disease specialist for the Cancer Center during the COVID-19 crisis. In this video, Dr. Letourneau discusses the antiviral Remdesivir, how it was developed, and the clinical trials that are taking place to test the drug.
