Kristin Joyce has been employed with Massachusetts General Hospital since 1988, having 35+ years of administrative experience. She has been a staff assistant III to Dr. Smoller since June, 2013 and is an integral part of the PNGU team and operations.

Lin Shi, PhD
Sr. Research Program Manager
Lin Shi, PhD, is the Senior Research Program Manager of PNGU. Lin has over 10 years of experience in managing and implementing large-scale research programs with a proven passion for fostering innovation and teamwork. She is also a certified research administrator, with a decade of expertise in grant administration and finance, encompassing comprehensive pre- and post-award experience.

Marina Wilson, MS
Clinical Research Coordinator II
Marina Wilson graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Psychology and an MS in Applied Psychology. She has previously worked in an outpatient mental health clinic for youth and adolescents, supporting different programs and research projects. She is excited to learn more about precision innovative tools used to examine various psychiatric disorders, especially depression and suicide in underrepresented communities in her role as a Clinical Research Coordinator II.

Ashley Dankese, BS
Clinical Research Coordinator
Ashley Dankese recently graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Public Relations. Ashley has previously worked on research projects studying how both a mobile app and family communication patterns affect health outcomes. Ashley works as a CRC on the PsycheMERGE project aiming to advance precision psychiatry. Her main research interests are in how both genetic and environmental factors can lead to the development of psychiatric disorders.
