Mass General Sports Medicine Physicians Head to Red Sox Spring Training
Boston Red Sox team physicians and Mass General Brigham Sports Medicine providers Miho J. Tanaka, MD, PhD, Peter Asnis, MD, team medical director Larry Ronan, MD, and cardiologist Jim Januzzi, MD, recently visited JetBlue Park in Fort Myers, Florida for spring training. As part of their work with the team, the clinicians keep the players in tip-top shape leading into the new baseball season. Opening day at Fenway Park is Tuesda, April 9, when the Red Sox will take on the Baltimore Orioles.
