I have seen several Physicians over the past 5 years and the care I received from Dr. Borgstrom exceeded my expectation. She was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel as if I were her only patient. Her genuine concern was so refreshing. She was very understanding and I felt so comfortable discussing my concerns with her. She was fully aware of my ... Read More
Please fight against insurances and lobbies. The cost for heath is too prohibitive. The doctor suggested and MRI but I cannot afford it.
Dr. Borgstrom is one of the best doctors I have ever had! The checklist says it all! I don't know what else I can say about her overall expertise in orthopedics and pain medicine, but she excels for me in all. She is also warm and friendly!
Let's put it this way, I've been coming to Mass General for the last 25 years and had multiple surgeries here and multiple pain doctors. Dr. Haylee is definitely the ultimate professional. I can't say enough about her. Let's put it this way again, if I had to have my parents or a loved one go to this person, she would be the first one I would go ... Read More

Very professional.
The Dr. did an excellent job analyzing my situation & explaining & discussing all aspects of the situation.
very pleasant and caring
Dr. Borgstrom is an above average physiatrist and physician and has a wonderful bedside manner. And also this time I had x-rays and I was very pleased that the x-ray machines had been upgraded and so had the x-ray technician. They were both wonderful. Bye.
