Research

Dr. Waryasz is an active researcher in both orthopedic surgery and strength and conditioning. He has extensively published in foot and ankle surgery, orthopedic trauma and sports medicine. He is actively involved in all types of research including basic science and clinical. He has a special interest in bioabsorbable orthopedic fixation.

He is an active member of the Foot and Ankle Research and Innovation Lab (FARIL) at Mass General and lectures globally on topics pertaining to foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine.? He enjoys performing research to help innovate patient care and improve the patient care experience. He is active in product design and surgical innovations.

After about 3 years of off and on calf issues Greg took the time to figure out what was wrong. He is the only doctor to go to for lower extremity issues. It may seem a little strange to say that I enjoyed my time prior and during surgery but it was in fact a very good experience . and as always I was treated with respect and everyone from the front desk to the nurses and doctors were great, and they all made me feel very comfortable during and after my procedure....thank you
