Yeah, Dr. Williams was very nice, not abrupt in any way, shape or form, had some serious medical issues and he's willing to help coordinate with my other providers. I have quite a few at the Mass General. Overall, I thought he was excellent.

He was very thorough which explained why he was late to the appointment. He showed pictures of my xrays, and explained them.
