Request An Appointment

New Patients

If you are a new patient to Massachusetts General Hospital, the first step to requesting an appointment is to register as a Mass General patient and obtain a medical ID number by calling 866-211-6588. The next step is to call the Neurosurgery department at 617-726-2937 to request an appointment.

Returning Patients

If you are already registered as a patient and are returning to the Neurosurgery department, please use the Patient Gateway to schedule your appointment, or call your physician's office directly. If you do not know which subspecialty your physician practices in, please refer to the Our Doctors page to look up your physician's phone number by last name.

International Patients

If you are an international patient, please complete the International Patient Appointment Form.
