Kristin is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and is also board-certified in hospice and palliative care. She is a graduate of Boston College, where she obtained her BSN (2009) and MSN (2016). She is an experienced neuroscience RN and spent several years as a bedside nurse in the neuro med/surg unit and ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital. She completed the Harvard Interprofessional Palliative Care Fellowship in 2017 and has been a member of the Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine as an adult nurse practitioner on the inpatient palliative care consult service since then. Kristin is particularly interested in palliative care education for nurses and using innovation and technology to expand access to these resources.
