Pearl Brault, BA, Executive Staff Assistant

Pearl Brault, BA, is the Executive Staff Assistant of Equity and Community Health at Massachusetts General Hospital. New to Mass General in this role, she previously worked as Operations and Staff Community Engagement Manager for Health Leads, a non-profit organization that works for health equity in health institutions and communities in Massachusetts, New York and California. Her previous work experience also included community development work in the Philippines.

Pearl received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Philippines where she majored in Political Science. She has taken courses in Religious Education at the Maryhill School of Theology in the Philippines and has completed trainings in racial equity, human resource management and employee engagement. She is currently a Language Volunteer Interpreter/Translator for the City of Boston for Tagalog/Filipino.
