Natalie Johnson, Administrative Director
Natalie Johnson, MPH, is the Administrative Director of Equity and Community Health at Massachusetts General Hospital. She joined the Mass General community in 2010, beginning at Mass General for Children (MGfC) working in Quality and Safety, then moving on to the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization’s (MGPO) Performance Analysis and Improvement department to manage pediatric population health management activities in primary and specialty care settings. As Administrative Director, Natalie will support the team in strategizing on new initiatives and implementing necessary changes across the Mass General system to ensure the care our patients receive, the experience our staff have is more equitable and inclusive, while reflecting the great Boston community in which we operate.
Natalie received her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, where she majored in Health: Science, Society and Policy with a minor in Spanish language and Literature. She went on to pursue a master’s degree in Public Health, concentrating in Health Policy and Management and Social-Behavioral Community Health from SUNY Albany. Natalie has sought out global and cultural enhancement programs while completing her educational training, including participation in the Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP) at Stanford University, a semester abroad in Mexico and a service learning trip to Costa Rica.
