Dr Copeland is the best! He is professional, always very well prepared for the visit. He explains everything in a way the patient can understand the medical issues being discussed. Always allows as much time that is needed for the visit, you never feel rushed. He is a wonderful doctor and MGH is fortunate to have him on your staff!
