I followed my doctor from BIDMC to MGH because she's incredibly thorough.
It was a positive experience. Dr. Hou is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to communicate information regarding my issues in an understandable way. I felt listened to, and definitely not rushed. One of the best interactions I've had in healthcare in a very long time.

Was very happy with the way she handled my questions and concerns. Never rushed me and made me feel Important. Was very happy with her follow up.
