I firmly believe that Dr. Hong is an outstanding health provider. She explained everything patiently and clearly. I cannot praise her enough. I say this after my experience with many good doctors at MGH and other places over my years.

Dr Hong was very thorough in going over my daughter's issues. She took the trouble to come back and see her again after seeing her next patient because [redacted] brought up one more issue at the end of her appointment.
