Give Dr. Icyda a raise. He's extremely smart and sociable. That's rare for a doctor. He needs more pay for his skill level. But just remember that he needs to stay my dentist.

Dr. Icyda goes about and beyond to take care of his patients. I had requested an appointment for crown placement before the end of the year as my insurance after the new year was going to change with lower coverage. Dr. Icyda came back to the clinic for couple hours for this appointment/procedure while he was in FMLA/leave.
