The minute I had an on going health problem, she was there for me, on top of everything that was going on, checked with specialist for their input and got appointments, meds and results quickly, for me to find out what is happening with me. Yes, this was my first appointment with Frannie Kronenberg, having been a patient of [redacted] for 30 years, maybe longer, 35 years. And obviously I had no idea what to expect and I was so pleasantly surprised, relieved, and thrilled at how fantastic she was and caring and engaged and interested that I have far less concerns about my future care than I did when I heard that [redacted] was going to be retiring. So this was a really good experience and I am feeling really confident about how my care will be moving forward.

Fran Kronenberg is an excellent doctor, quite knowledgeable, quite connected with Mass General System and all specialties. She takes very seriously all your symptoms, talks with you quite a bit in order to come to a proper diagnosis. I couldn't rave enough about her. She's wonderful.

I love Dr. Kronenberg. She's great. She always listens. She takes time with me and I feel that she's an excellent physician and I'm really lucky to have her as my primary care physician.

I find that Frannie is a wonderful internal medicine doc. She knows me and whether she knows me very well or she's right up on my chart.
