She took the time to explain her rationale and offer a very thorough explanation of my condition including the risk and benefits of surgery and the interventions for addressing symptoms.

Well, I was very nervous and all the nurses were great, informative, and supportive. And Dr. Harrington couldn't have been better. She talked to me, explained every touch, procedure, what was going on, everything. Although the procedure was uncomfortable, we did come out with a great outcome, which was complete. I thank them all.

I felt that when I went in for breast pain and asked for an exam, I felt a little rushed, a little dismissed. Usually when I get a breast exam, it's very thorough and I just felt like it was not exactly the way I usually always get a breast exam. I was having some pain in my breast and I just felt like it wasn't as thorough of an exam as the previous times that I've had. So, that's all. Nothing major and I don't want to get anyone in trouble. It just felt not the same type of breast exam.
