Alisa earned her Bachelor’s degree through Colby College where she majored in Biology. After earning her undergraduate degree, she worked at Dana Farber Cancer Institute where she worked in a lab focused on pediatric oncology research. She then went on Yale University where she received her degrees as an RN and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. After working for several years as a PNP in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia, she has returned to Boston to join the Pediatric Radiation Oncology and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology teams.
