Mass General is recognized as a top hospital on the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll for 2024-2025.
[redacted] I listed my concerns to the nurse. The doctor came in and she was very nice but very quick. The skin check was done in 3 minutes and I felt rushed.
It took me over a year to get this appointment. I explained to the provider that it was my first time in dermatology and that I was extremely nervous. Both of my parents have skin cancer and I have very pale skin with freckles. Provider was extremely dismissive and unhelpful with any questions that I have. Disclose that they could not help me with ... Read More
She seemed very knowledgeable, but it took me longer to walk up to the office than the actual appointment did. [redacted] I don't really feel like she paid attention to the concerns I spoke to her about, she spoke really fast and before I knew it she was out the door. [redacted]
She was excellent
Very positive interaction with my provider. Issue was identified quickly and treatment was administered fast and effectively.
The appointment felt very rushed and the provider didn't make any effort to listen. I had to really advocate for myself by trying to fight for what I wanted to share and ask while the provider rushed me through. In addition, the provider felt very dismissive and I had a very unpleasant experience. [redacted]
Everything was on time and exam was thorough
Hello, I am very happy with how quickly the appointment went. It was very efficient. I got there a little early and they took me a little early, so I had no waiting and it was just a very good experience. Thank you.
The nurse and doctor were great
The first time I call into the office I was in queue and got connected to someone and then was disconnected and I had to call in again. This also happened to me trying to get in touch with the Urology department yesterday ( I was disconnected twice yesterday before I just sent an email.
