The doctor and the staff
It was an excellent experience. [redacted] The nurse practitioner, [redacted], was so helpful and Doctor Shen was so prepared. He had looked at all of my medical records and most recent MRI so he was totally ready the moment I walked in.
He listened to me very carefully. He understood exactly what I said. I just felt very comfortable with him and I know that I'm going to get the help that I need from him.
Unprofessional. He spent at least 2/3 of the appointment time talking to and looking at my partner instead of me, including when he was answering my questions. Both my partner and I felt very uncomfortable.

I thought he was really good at explaining things, but a lot of the stuff I couldn't hear. I don't hear that well and I usually read lips, so I just couldn't hear him, some of the things he was saying. Thanks.
