Dr. Austen is an outstanding professional. I am pleased with everything about this doctor. He is simply outstanding. And the nurses, the interns, all in his office are outstanding. Thank you very much. Thank you.
I would have to say Dr. Austen is genuinely the best surgeon and doctor I've had the pleasure of interacting with. So kudos to him. Really he's fantastic. Thanks.
Great experience overall.
Dr Austen has been my Doctor for decades. There is no one better.
Dr. Austen's team is always outstanding, both in and out of the OR. Extra thanks to Dr. Austen's receptionist/scheduling guru for always going the extra mile for me!
Mr. Austen was very respectful towards me and made me feel safe through this journey. Thank you.
I was over an hour late because of extremely heavy traffic. I called the office and the secretary said to please come and be safe. That same person gave me a hug when she saw me. One assistant offered to refill my water bottle. The entire staff was incredible.
He was very knowledgeable and informative. Made me for comfortable.
He listened and was thorough in wanting follow up imaging
This provider and his staff were wonderful. The provider felt I needed the best surgeon for my problem and the staff worked hard to try to get a consultation with the other surgeon so I would not have to make another trip into Boston.
