Ms. Simon has extensive experience designing programs to treat challenging behaviors and increase adaptive skills in home, school and community settings.  She also has a passion for training others to provide premium ABA services for those in their care.  Ms. Simon utilizes a collaborative approach in her work and promotes the highest quality of life for the individuals she serves in a learning environment that is therapeutic and safe.  She strongly believes in the importance of family and school partnerships and strives to develop realistic recommendations for each setting.
