Performance Coaching

Aspire consultants also work directly with neurodivergent employees to identify and implement strategies that optimize workplace performance. With expert guidance, neurodiversity can become a powerful asset for any organization. Our coaching services support both employees and managers in creating sustainable, high-performance strategies.

What is Performance Coaching?

Performance Coaching is a company-sponsored service designed to foster employee growth and success. Through a referral, employees can access personalized coaching sessions with expert Aspire coaches. These sessions help employees reflect on their challenges and strengths in their current role. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, coaches provide tailored tools and strategies to enhance performance.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and conducted via Zoom, scheduled according to employee availability.

Aspire Performance Coaching is a neurodiversity-affirming service.

This service fosters an inclusive workplace where individuals with conditions like Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences can succeed. Employees can choose to include their managers in specific sessions to enhance understanding and solving problems collaboratively.

Common Performance Coaching goal areas:

Employees collaborate with Aspire coaches to establish 2-3 specific performance goals. These goals may include, but are not limited to:
