Aspire, a MassGeneral Hospital program, specializes in helping children, teens and adults on the autism spectrum achieve success. Summer and permanent positions at Aspire are available, and we encourage neurodivergent candidates to apply. ‘Neurodiversity’ includes neurological differences such as autism spectrum, ADHD, and dyslexia. Applicants will not be asked for documentation or proof of neurodiversity, unless requesting an ADA accommodation.

Job Opportunities

The Aspire Program at MassGeneral Hospital will be hiring college undergraduate and graduate school students interested in working with children and teens on the autism spectrum.  These summer positions support the professional development of students interested in pursuing degrees or careers in the fields of education, psychology, social work, occupational, speech and physical therapy.  All staff receive 40 hours of training, prior to the start of summer programming, along with ongoing supervision and professional development from experienced staff.  Additionally, summer staff gain access to valuable networking opportunities within MassGeneral Hospital and beyond. Additional opportunities may be available to meet the unique needs of graduate programs.

Summer 2025 positions will be posted in January.  To receive a notification when new positions are posted, follow this link.
