About Margaret Emmet, MS, LCGC
Margaret Emmet joined the Center for Cancer Risk Assessment in 2016 after graduating from Boston University with a master’s degree in Genetic Counseling. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Villanova University. Her research interests include access to genetic counseling services and the long-term support needs of individuals with hereditary cancer syndromes. Ms. Emmet serves as a Genetic Support Leader for the Massachusetts chapter of FORCE. She also enjoys working with students of all levels and coordinates the CCRA’s job shadowing program.
