October is Health Literacy Month – a time to recognize the importance of making health information easy to understand and the health care system easier to navigate.
Meet with patient education experts from the Blum Center and Collaborative Governance Patient Education Committee to learn about Mass General's efforts to promote health literacy. Resources on health literacy, patient education, and searching for trusted health information online will also be available.
This event is free and open to Mass General patients, families, staff, and the general public.
