The care and consideration was excellent. I was treated with care, kindness and respect at all times. The time taken to attend to me was excellent in my appointments. Any information for follow up appointments and treatments was communicated promptly and clearly. Wonderful and humble manner which was greatly appreciated.

Dr. Donahue and his staff were top notch. Everyone was on time. Everyone was super friendly. The appointment lasted approximately an hour and I was with him the vast majority of that time. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the whole Mass General process.

Dr Dean Donahue is thorough, thought-filled and professional. He goes over my meds, test results in detailed manner and always asks how I feel and if I have any questions. A wonderful doctor 'I cannot live' without.

Dr. Donahue is very thorough, he's very patient, he's understanding, and he ensures that the patient understands completely everything. Dr. Donahue takes his time and he is all around a fabulous provider and there's great patient doctor trust with him too and I cannot recommend him enough. He is a wonderful doctor.
