Upcoming Events: Seminar Series
The McCance Center for Brain Health Seminar Series meets every other week on Mondays from 11:00 am – 12:00 noon Eastern Time and brings upwards of 60 faculty members and their labs together to present on and discuss the development of brain health indicators and interventions, as well as efforts to integrate brain health assessments into primary care. This vibrant community of clinicians and scientists from across Mass General and its partner institutions is embracing radically new approaches to preventing brain disease and promoting brain health across the lifespan. The series often welcomes external speakers who are also conducting transformational work in this field.

Dr. Dorene Rentz is practicing clinical neuropsychologist with dual appointments in the Departments of Neurology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Co-Director of the Center for Alzheimer Research and Treatment (CART) at BWH, the Clinical Core Lead of the Harvard Aging Brain Study and the Director of the Neuropsychology as well as the Outreach, Recruitment and Engagement Core of the Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at MGH. - 9/15/2025: P. Murali Doraiswamy, MBBS, FRCP
Dr. Murali Doraiswamy is a Professor of Psychiatry and Professor of Medicine at Duke University School of Medicine at the Duke Institute for Brain Sciences, and a Senior Fellow at the Duke Center for the Study of Aging and an Affiliate Faculty at the Duke Center for Precision Medicine and Applied Genomics as well as the Duke Microbiome Center.
