This was an excellent appointment. Both Dr. Chan and I wanted to review the progression of my condition and we wryly and frankly reviewed the course of my symptoms for the past two years. My wife accompanied me, and Dr Chan welcomed her into the discussion. While the condition is somewhat depressing because it is socially isolating and embarrassing, our conversation was cheerful and forward looking.

She's professional as well as friendly, listens well, and is encouraging. She really knows my medical history.
