This provider is amazing, he is thoughtful, caring and follows up with [redacted]. Can't say enough good things about him
Pulmonary is complicated and the physician tries to keep it simple - but it's not. Dr Richards tries very hard to make lung issues understandable but it's tough. He shares info on x-rays and always looks on the positive side - Hurray for Dr. Richards
I have seen many physicians over the course of my life and Dr. Richards was one of the very best. He was personable, informative, engaged, asked terrific questions, and brought me in to his diagnostic process in a very effective way. He also made time for a follow up appointment very soon after a diagnostic procedure was performed.
Most important, we trust his wisdom and insight into care. He is honest, and brilliant. We have access to him in emergency situations, which I had recently. He is an outstanding physician, he spends time listening to what we (my wife and I ) value, and responds. Dr Richards is one of the very best. He lives up to and promotes everything MGH wants ... Dr. Richards' visit was very good and he is a brilliant Doctor.
This was the first time in a long time that I felt that my doctor took the time to answer my questions, ask me thoughtful questions, make me feel like we were a team working together to find the best solution for me. I am so appreciative.
Always treated me very well and answered all my questions
I was thoroughly satisfied and very grateful for the excellent care provided.
Dr. Richards was very compassionate, listened very intently. We had a good discussion about what was going on with me, but also several other things that were of importance to both of us. It was greatly appreciated to have a doctor who understands patients in their entirety and not just the presenting issue.
I was very sick when I first met Dr. Richards approximately 8 years ago. Was being treated by another provider outside MGB. I will forever be grateful for his expertise and caring. He has an incredible bedside manner. I now have a plan to treat my condition. He and his staff are very responsive when I reach out on patient gateway.
