I have seen Dr. Richards before and I am very impressed with him. He takes the time with every patient to explain and to explain in simple English all of what we need. So that's why I have highly recommended to two of my friends for him to go to. I got my information right there and then and he helped me a lot with the new med that I'm going to be on. As far as the nurses, I had very little conversation. I just had to have tests and they were both nurses that I saw were both lovely and right there for me. So I appreciate my time going into MGH. Dr. Richards was very kind and helpful. I felt he really cared about me as a patient and wanted the best outcome for me.

I was very impressed with my in-person visit going over the results of my CPET exam test. Period. Dr. Richards was very thoughtful in trying to figure out what was going on because it is not obvious and promised to follow up and I trust he will. Period. If he figures this out, he'll be the first one in 15 years. So I am hopeful.

Hi, my name is [redacted]. I just saw Dr. Richards for the first time this last week. I think it was Monday morning. And I was so happy to meet him. I was referred to him and waited some time for the appointment, but it was worth it. He absolutely seems to know what he's talking about and seems eager and willing to actually help me instead of just ushering me through like all the other doctors in my life. It was such a pleasure to meet him and to be his patient. And he's given me hope for some, you know, that I can improve. But yeah.

Dr Richards is very thorough and listens very well.
