Gabrielle is a Nurse Practitioner, board-certified in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. She studied business at the University of Notre Dame and nursing at the MGH Institute of Health Professions where she earned her Master’s in Nursing. She joined the Massachusetts General Hospital Division of Palliative Care & Geriatric Medicine in November 2019.

Gabrielle is currently credentialed and practicing at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Newton Wellesley Hospital. She provides outpatient memory care support across three clinics in co-management with patient’s primary care physicians as one of the leaders of the Mass General Brigham Memory Care Initiative. Gabrielle has a particular interest in thoughtful diagnostic disclosure for those diagnosed with dementia and ongoing education and guidance for their care partners and loved ones.
