Along with creeping decrepitude, my general discomfort increases with the growing age gap between myself and the...experts. However, Dr Accarino (maximum gap) had me at ease within a few minutes (not an easy thing to do). I was impressed with his ability to sift through my responses to narrow the range of issues, and a "what's next" going forward. Impressed as I was with the Doctor during the visit, I was increasingly amazed that within 24 hrs the blood analysis had been done, and Dr Accarino had been consulting with "a team" regarding some "unusual" results! Sharp. Perceptive. Dis-arming demeanor.

Dr. Accarino is incredibly knowledgeable and explains complicated issues with clarity. He is encouraging about questions we have and is patient and careful to be sure we understand what he is saying. He treats me with respect and kindness. The two times I have seen him have impressed me so much. I feel very grateful to have him As my immunologist.

[redacted]. I was expecting to have about a 15 minute appointment, but he went through my results and tried to leave in under 10 minutes. He stood up to leave and got to the door, but asked if I had any questions as if it was an afterthought. I did have questions, and he remained standing up while answering them as if he was ready to leave again. I felt like I was rushed and had to ask fast, so that he wouldn't leave before I got all my questions out. Overall, Dr Accarino was nice and knowledgeable, but I felt like I was being rushed to make up for his being behind schedule.

Great job of explaining all the things i don't know about allergies

I was delighted to meet this provider for the first time. He was very professional and attentive, considered all my concerns, and made me feel comfortable while planning my testing and further investigations to determine the cause of my symptoms/allergic reaction. I can say that I received excellent care.
