Having served as the medical director for both Mass General’s Concierge Medicine and Executive Health Services practices, Dr. Finn brings sound leadership, a gentle bedside manner and an innovative approach to our practice. Dr. Finn graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine, completed his residency at Mass General in internal medicine and began his career as a full-time clinician, in addition to precepting residents and teaching medical students.
Dr. Finn has a special interest in care design, which evolved as his administrative and practice leadership roles grew. He believes deeply in the continuity model of care, which led to his role as the director of the McGovern Service, and which supports the ability for outpatient physicians to continue to actively care for their patients in the hospital, working collaboratively with both the teaching and hospital medicine services. In 2019, Dr. Finn was recognized as the inaugural incumbent of the Gill and Allan Gray Family Endowed Chair in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Vouros is an internist at Massachusetts General Hospital and assistant professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Vouros joined Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in 1995, serving primary care patients at Mass General's Downtown Primary Care location for five years and Bulfinch Medical Group for 17 years. Her clinical time is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through Mass General's Executive Health and International Patient Center groups. On the academic side, Dr. Vouros serves as associate house director for the Bonner House for Harvard Medical School students during their clerkship year at Mass General and helps guide future health care leaders as a coach for the Mass General residency program. She is passionate about her volunteer Board of Directors service at Silver Lining Mentoring, an organization that provides mentorship to youth in foster care.
