More Action is Needed to Reduce Disparities in Osteoporosis Screening, Prevention and Care
Despite being a treatable disease, osteoporosis remains underdiagnosed and undertreated in the US general population, with significant disparities in care between non-White and White women—and Black women experiencing the most disparities.
It was good to see the doctor again. It's been over a year, maybe even two years, and I'm glad to see her. She had a lot of good information, as usual, and explained everything well, and she kept me on course.
