He explained everything that was going to happen
Very relatable and easy to talk to.
Dr. Sheldon is outstanding. He already had studied the data from Dr. [redacted]. And he went over everything and asked if there were questions. Then detailed what he was going to order and set in motion. This resulted in a quick first step in treatment which began this morning ( the next day). Pretty darn quick and greatly appreciated.
First experience when I walked in was the sweetest receptionist who just made my day with her greeting. Then the nurse I spoke with was super vigilant, friendly and really took her time with us (I went with my mom and my husband).
