Dr. Zhou received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY and his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. He completed both his doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at MGH/Harvard Medical School. Clinically, he is an integrative clinician who uses a range of clincal approaches (e.g., psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT) to meet patients where they are at. He believes in the balance of "being" and "doing" in promoting individual healing and growth. He is originally from China and can provide services in Cantonese and Mandarin. He has been involved in a range of research projects involving Asian American mental health and clinical supervision.
