She listened to my concerns completely and explained everything to me very clearly. I did not feel rushed or dismissed. She was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
Hello. My feedback is that during this appointment, I did not feel that the provider was listening to what I was saying. She had no prior knowledge of my medical conditions or history either.
