Dr. Okonkwo is a neuromuscular neurologist and clinical researcher at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), as well as an instructor of neurology at Harvard Medical School. His clinical practice includes patients with a variety of neuromuscular disorders, especially those with neuropathy. He is board certified in Neurology, Neuromuscular, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Okonkwo received his MD from Columbia University. He completed both his Internship in Medicine and Neurology Residency at Washington University in St. Louis and Fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine at Mass General Brigham.

The doctor was very kind, he listened and he gave me some positive suggestions and I enjoyed the visit.

Dr "K" - is the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and communicative doctor over dealt with. He always replies promptly and does his absolute best for my mom and our family. When my mom was getting infusions the infusion center nurse said Dr K was the best and she deals with doctors all over the country! He is a world class gem!

Provider was very knowledgeable but even though I speak medical, he spoke a little fast. I did stop him once for an explanation for something I did not know.
I felt Dr.K was very interested in my well being and sincerely wanted to get to the bottom of my health problems. For the first time in a year he is the first Dr. that really listened to me. I am grateful. Hopefully we will get some idea of what is going on in my body.
