Mass General is recognized as a top hospital on the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll for 2024-2025.
Great!
Very professional, excellent explaining terms I could understand and very polite !!!
It was a great experience with my transplant team. Dr. Keller was fantastic. Always top notch.
Caring, knowledgeable and informative.
Hi, the experience I had was very good. Explained everything. Nurses were very friendly, polite. The doctor was great.
I met with the Dr. Also pulmonary function testing. Also a walk test as well as the lab for blood and urine testing. Everyone I met that day from the entrance through the exit were as polite, helpful and as courteous as possible.
My experience with Mass General has always been very good, excellent actually I'd say. And now with Dr. Keller in charge of the lung transplant department, I've noticed everything operates efficiently and everyone's attitude is great and helpful and I would strongly recommend them.
Dr Keller, and my entire pulmonary team, aside from saving my life have been there consistently since my bilateral lung transplant surgery in December, [redacted] to manage meds, answer my list of questions (that I bring to all of my clinic visits) and spend whatever time is needed to ensure my recovery is going well.
