Mass General is recognized as a top hospital on the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll for 2024-2025.
It was my first visit with this provider
Very thorough and comprehensive visit to discuss my overall cardiovascular health and what I need to do to lower my risk of cardiovascular disease. Very open discussion with the care provider listening to all my concerns and questions and providing clear and concise answers to everything.
Dr. Onuma listened carefully to my concerns and was very thorough in her evaluation. I really appreciated the time she spent with me.
Good Experience
Dr. Onuma is very easy to talk with. She clearly and politely explains test results and the treatments she considers for me. It's a very open and friendly exchange and I feel like she values my concerns. For all of her experience and knowledge, she is very humble and approachable. I highly recommend her.
This is [redacted] wife and I was with him for the appointment. This physician was really outstanding. She listened to my husband and really took his situation into account, asking thorough questions to make sure she understood his history. She's also very warm and friendly and made very good eye contact with him.
She was very open, she listened really well, she had reviewed my charts prior to arriving. This was my first visit and she was very proactive in the things that I need to do before my next visit. One of the best providers I've seen of late.
Caring and professional with a touch of humor: the perfect combination!

She listens carefully to what you have to say. She explains everything. She's very thoughtful about looking at your medications and trying to adjust them as necessary. I can't say enough ...
